A Data Analyst in Cloud Operations and support is primarily responsible for Product Support and Cloud Operations data analysis and reporting. You will be involved in data gathering, processing and analysis to empower the teams on optimizing resources and processes. You will apply Big Data techniques in creating mathematical models that can identify and predict trends and you will build dashboard to visually communicate the conclusions. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES The key responsibilities of this role are the following: Developing data acquisition techniques via scripting Working with Data Analytics tools to build predictive models Developing specialized functions on VBA Developing of visual reports and analytical apps based on SAP Analytics Cloud Research on innovative solutions using Big Data/Machine Learning Develop yourself and other by sharing knowledge and expertise within the team Contributing to the improvement of processes and approaches in the department Involvement in internal IT projects YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Ideal candidates for this role will have the following: Studying in Computer Science or Mathematics, or substantial previous experience Good knowledge on Statistics or Big Data techniques Good knowledge on scripting programming languages (Javascript, VBA, etc…) Good knowledge of Spreadsheets (Excel or similar) Very good written and spoken English Experience in student projects is a plus Basic research experience is a plus WHAT YOU GET FROM US Success is what you make it.
