We are looking for a talented Security Architect to join our team in Gliwice, Poland to oversee the security-design of our ground-breaking Digital Identity platform. You will be helping us develop a revolutionary solution that will be used by consumers across the globe and has the potential to re-shape the way we think of our identity. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for driving product security architecture across all product components: hardware/firmware, Desktop, Mobile and Cloud. You’ll be working with development teams across the embedded, desktop, mobile and cloud spaces and using the latest technologies to build a solution that could affect the lives of millions of people. At least 3 years experience as a Security Engineer in a development environment Passionate about cybersecurity, penetration testing, threat modelling, defence-in-depth, and all things SecOps Comfortable coaching software engineers in security best practices. You've designed or vetted the security for applications in the cloud supporting large numbers of customers. Strong experience in Application Security, with deep understanding of OWASP, Secure SDLC processes and how they relate to microservices architectures Broad exposure to a range of security technologies, including WAF, DLP, IDS/IPS, IdAM, Certificate Management, SIEM, Endpoint Protection, Anti-malware and vulnerability management Deep knowledge of key Information Security standards (ISO 27001, OWASP, PCI DSS, SANS, NIST) Ideally you will have recognised security certifications (e.g. CISSP , CCSP , CSSLP) You've worked in high-risk environments such as financial services, health care or defence Exposure to Agile principles, processes, and practices Ability to communicate effectively at all levels across the business Ability to listen well to others and rapidly assimilate new information. Excellent idiomatic written and spoken English (B2 standard or better) Develop and validate an end-to-end security design for the MetaCortex platform Ensure that the MetaCortex platform is, and remains, secure to an extremely high standard Stay abreast of security Industry trends and emerging threats, spot the risks and liaise with MetaCortex's leadership Ensure the development team is educated on security best practices Put in place suitable processes for security review and test and integrate these into the SDLC Drive the selection of tools and environment for security in MetaCortex Define, implement and evolve MetaCortex’s security controls Manage regular penetration tests Take ownership of security incident management and analysis processes Work with the DevOps team to enhance security incident detection and monitoring Advise on improvements to mobile, desktop and web application security Possibility of partial remote work Interesting, international projects with advanced technologies and methodologies Private medical coverage Multisport card Flexible working time Friendly atmosphere For the best ones we prepare extras
